Baylor University completes Ferrell Center production upgrade on time for basketball season with Diversified

Baylor University needed to upgrade the video production facilities at its Ferrell Center arena to match other venues in the Big 12 Conference. The project had a tight deadline to be completed before the basketball season and the systems needed to be user-friendly for the student operators who run all productions. The university also wanted the new control room layout to be consistent with its recently upgraded facility at McLane Stadium. Diversified was selected to handle the design and integration.

Diversified implemented a solution that utilized the same design approach and project team from the McLane Stadium upgrade. This ensured the new production center had a familiar layout for students and was properly sized with room for future expansion. The project was completed on time for the start of the basketball season. Diversified helped Baylor University create an HD broadcast facility that is easy for students to operate and is prepared for integrating new technology.
