Stark Learning Uses VE Studio to Develop Custom LNG Virtual Maintenance Trainer

Stark Learning worked with DiSTI to address the challenge of certifying LNG truck drivers for safe, independent refueling in a highly regulated German-Dutch border region. Because unmanned LNG refueling is restricted and only a limited number of drivers were being trained, Stark Learning needed a scalable digital training method. They used VE Studio to create a virtual maintenance trainer that could support VR, desktop, and touchscreen delivery.

DiSTI’s VE Studio enabled Stark Learning to build a standardized, procedure-based training workflow from truck operation manuals and recreate a realistic 1:1 refueling station model. The solution was delivered in three languages—English, Dutch, and German—and completed in three months from conception to delivery. As a result, Stark Learning gained a scalable virtual training system that can help lower training costs, expand certification access, and support broader LNG truck adoption.
