Oman Arab Bank, a commercial bank in Oman, faced challenges with a time-consuming and costly external training model. This approach, which relied on outside trainers and content, created dependencies and a lack of continuity in skilling for its employees. The bank needed a more efficient solution to manage its mandatory compliance training programs. To address this, they partnered with the learning platform Disprz.
Disprz implemented its online learning experience platform, enabling a shift to self-paced learning. The solution allowed the bank to upload its own compliance content and automate certifications. This resulted in 750 daily active learners and a 30% reduction in L&D costs. The entire knowledge workforce was successfully transitioned to the Disprz platform in a record 45 days.
