Meso Scale Diagnostics, a healthcare and medical research company, needed an impactful 20x30 custom trade show booth for the AACR Annual Meeting in Chicago to elevate their brand and showcase their high-sensitivity multiplex assays and ECL platforms. Their challenge was to create an immersive, branded experience that conveyed technical excellence while fostering meaningful client engagement. They entrusted DisplayCraft with this custom trade show booth design and fabrication project.

DisplayCraft designed a custom island booth featuring a 16-foot overhead banner for visibility, semi-private demo pods for instrument showcases, and dedicated lounge and meeting areas. The solution used sustainable rental components and strategic lighting to create an inviting yet authoritative environment that balanced exhibition scale with human-centered zones. The vendor's design successfully attracted significant foot traffic; a notable result was that the booth was so crowded the client needed an additional lead capturing machine to manage the volume of visitors.
