Quirch Foods, a 55-year-old distributor serving supermarkets, foodservice distributors, processors, cruise lines and restaurants across the U.S., Latin America and the Caribbean, needed a better way to manage deliveries of multiple brands and product types within the same workflows and to route from both centralized and distributed locations. To cut through growing operational complexity and optimize cost-to-serve and customer service, Quirch partnered with DispatchTrack for a purpose-built delivery technology solution.

DispatchTrack implemented AI-powered hybrid routing, rapid what‑if scenario testing, photo proof-of-delivery and live tracking, delivery costing, streamlined APIs and telematics integration (Samsara), enabling planners to create routes in less than half the time and reducing daily routing time by over 50%. The solution helped Quirch maximize capacity utilization, improve POD via onboard sensors, onboard new customers without service interruptions and scale to 400+ trucks across 21 distribution centers handling 7,000+ stops per day (with a 400% fleet increase since 2020), delivering immediate efficiency gains and measurable cost savings.
