UNIQLO, the Japanese casual wear retailer and subsidiary of Fast Retailing Co., Ltd., wanted to create a more engaging in-store experience for customers across its flagship stores in the Asia Pacific region. To support that goal, Dise provided its DISE platform to help UNIQLO synchronize a large number of screens and deliver a more inspiring retail environment.

Using Dise’s digital signage platform, UNIQLO deployed coordinated branding and lifestyle content across its store screens to elevate the customer experience in-store. The solution helped Dise and UNIQLO bring digital storytelling to a new level in retail, though no specific quantitative results were provided in the case study.
