A Dise Case Study
Svenska Spel, the state-owned gaming company in Sweden, wanted to modernize the gaming experience by creating a seamless customer journey between physical stores and online gaming, while also delivering real-time information. A key challenge was that smaller urban stores had limited space for physical gaming coupons. Dise, together with partner Grassfish, supported this need using the Dise IXM platform and digital in-store displays.
Dise implemented around 13,000 digital touchpoints across retailer locations, positioned in gaming areas and cashier sections to show promotions, jackpots, live matches, and messages about responsible gaming and good causes. The solution enabled localized, targeted, and real-time content based on system data and events, helping Svenska Spel strengthen its brand, improve the customer experience, and give smaller stores access to a wider range of games.
