Samsung uses interactive signage to engage customers in-store

Samsung needed a way to attract customers to engage with its phones and tablets in-store, using both passive displays and interactive experiences that could support staff as a decision and sales aid. Samsung also wanted a way to measure interaction statistics from the displays to help optimise campaigns. Dise provided the interactive signage solution.

Dise implemented a mix of touch and passive screens ranging from 10" displays to video walls, along with attractor content and interactive touch experiences. Using Lite and Premium licenses plus statistics capture, Dise enabled Samsung to link customer interactions to sales uplift, creating a solution that worked as both an information source for shoppers and a sales aid for staff.
