Microsoft needed a high-impact display solution for its Surface concession inside a busy UK electronics retail partner, where there was intense competition for shopper attention. Working with Dise, Microsoft wanted to attract footfall to the concession and encourage customers to engage with staff using interactive screens that could also support the sales process.

Dise implemented integrated video walls visible from across the shop floor, along with interactive screens usable by both customers and retail staff. The setup also allowed content from smaller interactive screens to be transferred to large video walls during sales demonstrations, helping Microsoft drive engagement and support in-store selling; however, no specific quantitative results were provided in the case study.
