Discover Assessments helped Roca assess nearly 1,000 high-potential employees with behavioral reports and coaching sessions that highlighted 24 competencies, including leadership, strategic thinking, people management, creativity, and innovation. The insights helped employees identify skill gaps and enabled Roca to refine its talent and organizational development programs, improving employee retention and engagement while showing that customer orientation initiatives were effective and innovation programs needed adjustment.
