Large Energy Company faced an intellectual property dispute after several former employees joined a competitor, and counsel needed to determine whether proprietary data had been taken from company servers and devices. DISCO performed targeted forensic and custom data analyses — including internet and USB connection history, deleted-file recovery, Google Drive and mobile artifact examination, user-activity and anti‑forensics analysis — and produced an affidavit and detailed expert report. DISCO’s work established coordinated transfers of company files to personal and shared Google Workspace drives, documented use of more than thirty USB devices, and proved mass deletions even after a temporary restraining order, providing the Large Energy Company with clear, admissible evidence to effectively prosecute the case.
