Helping GRoW protect and inspire vulnerable learners

GRoW, a London back-to-work programme founded by Liz Sewell, faced a COVID-19–driven shift away from in-person delivery and needed a private, easily managed online home for vulnerable learners. To retain control over access and protect members’ privacy, GRoW worked with Disciple to create an invitation-only, purpose-built app for events, workshops and learning resources.

Disciple delivered an independently managed app with livestreams, a calendar, push notifications and a 24/7 resource library, making engagement more efficient and secure. The result: 90% member retention, a 100% increase in monthly active users, many participants moving from monthly to daily use, greater cost-effectiveness and new partnership opportunities.
