AliveCor, an eCommerce company that sells the FDA-cleared KardiaMobile personal EKG monitor, needed a way to reach older customers with heart conditions in a market dominated by Apple’s heart-monitoring watches. Working with Directive’s PPC management services, AliveCor also needed to make its product more discoverable and improve low ad click-through rates.
Directive implemented a search and remarketing strategy tied to AliveCor’s TV ad schedule, adjusted bids around peak brand-search times, and refreshed ad copy to better resonate with the target audience. The campaign drove major gains, including a 797% increase in ROAS for shopping campaigns in one month, a 520% increase in search campaign ROAS, a 190% increase in Facebook campaign ROAS, and a 92% year-over-year ROAS lift.
