Freedom FWD, a collaborative NGO working to end the sexual exploitation of youth in San Francisco, faced the challenge of sharing information seamlessly across its network of over 60 partner agencies. With its Forward Fellowship program, it was critical for multiple caregivers to have real-time visibility into each fellow's progress and needs, a process hindered by disparate and siloed data. Freedom FWD partnered with vendor Diona to implement a technology solution to facilitate this collaboration.

Diona implemented its cloud-based Mobile NGO Visits solution, hosted on Microsoft Azure. This "mobile first" platform allows Freedom FWD and its partners to create a single digital file for each fellow, which can be accessed and updated by multiple agencies in real time using features like digital note-taking and media capture. The Diona solution provided the seamless data sharing and collaborative visibility needed to strengthen organizational efficiency, worker productivity, and service outcomes for the fellows.
