A Dinosaur Case Study
NHS Manchester faced a significant challenge with public confidence and overcrowded services, particularly during winter months. Their A&E departments and GP surgeries were under immense pressure from people using them for non-urgent needs, causing delays for critical patients. The vendor, Dinosaur, was engaged to help the NHS adapt its communications and get the public to be part of the solution.
Dinosaur's solution was the "Get to Know Where to Go" campaign, which used bold, illustrated 'condition-couplets' and strong directional arrows across OOH, PR, online, and health centre channels. This approach guided people to make informed decisions on using the right service for their needs, including A&E, GPs, dentists, pharmacists, and self-care. The vendor, Dinosaur, implemented this through brand strategy, design, and multi-channel communications to help people use the right services at the right time.
