Tennis Australia, the organizer of the Australian Open tennis tournament, faced the challenge of managing the extensive maintenance logistics for the largest annual sporting event in the Southern Hemisphere. They required a system to schedule reactive and planned maintenance, review job times, manage costs against budgets, and handle assets and inventory for their central team of over 40 staff. To meet this need, they selected the DimoMaint CAFM and facilities management software.

The DimoMaint solution was implemented as a cloud-based SaaS deployment, with the vendor providing remote training via Zoom to two super users who then trained the rest of the team. The software was used to manage over 2,000 maintenance jobs, load and monitor core assets, and import 780 historic jobs for rescheduling. This allowed DimoMaint to help Tennis Australia optimize its maintenance planning, control costs, and improve overall asset management for the massive event.
