Socfin organises its preventive maintenance supported by DIMO Maint MX SaaS connected to Sage X3

Socfin, a Luxembourgian agro‑industrial group operating 34 industrial units and 31 workshops responsible for 1,611 vehicles, faced fragmented, manually gathered maintenance data and needed Group‑level operational reporting plus ERP integration. Following advice from its integrator, Socfin selected DIMO Maint and its cloud CMMS, DIMO Maint MX, to connect maintenance processes with its Sage X3 system and avoid duplicate stock and work‑order entries.

DIMO Maint implemented DIMO Maint MX SaaS with a dedicated Sage X3 interface, two‑way web‑service synchronization and a mirrored database for Socfin’s data warehouse. The rollout (including deployment in Cameroon) enabled preventive maintenance, real‑time spare‑parts tracking and unified reporting; Socfin reports reduced overall maintenance costs, increased uptime across its 1,611‑vehicle fleet, tighter maintenance budget control and improved transparency between garages and operations.
