Optimization of maintenance practices at Ortec Services thanks to the DIMO Maint CMMS.

ORTEC Group, through its Services entity, needed to standardize maintenance practices across dozens of agencies while managing very different fleets and equipment types, from HGVs and trailers to cranes and industrial assets. With maintenance processes often split between Excel, paper, subcontractors, and local habits, the group wanted a simple CMMS that could harmonize operations, improve preventive maintenance, and integrate with its ERP.

DIMO Maint implemented DimoMaint MX across around 35 agencies, with tailored configuration by site, automated preventive work order creation, and ERP/CMMS interfacing for equipment, purchasing, and cost tracking. The result was a major reduction in deployment time for a new agency from about three months to one or two weeks, while also improving rigour, safety, traceability, and maintenance cost visibility through Power BI reporting.
