Laurelton Diamonds, a global diamond trading and manufacturing firm with over 4,000 employees, needed a user-friendly, multi-language CMMS to improve reliability, reduce maintenance costs and capture accurate machine data across facilities — especially for critical polishing wheels (scaife). After evaluating the market, Laurelton Diamonds selected DIMO Maint and its DIMO Maint MX platform to provide a cloud/offline, intuitive maintenance system that could be customized to local needs and integrate with their digital procedures.
