Dimo Maint MX, Ravinala Airports optimises its maintenance plan and the financial model of its equipment

Ravinala Airports, the concession company operating Antananarivo and Nosy Be international airports, needed to modernize maintenance practices to meet concession performance obligations, equipment availability KPIs and warranty requirements while coping with Covid-19 delays. To standardize procedures across terminals and support monthly performance reporting, Ravinala Airports selected DIMO Maint and its MX CMMS.

DIMO Maint implemented the MX SaaS CMMS (with local Réunion support) plus an X3 connector to integrate equipment trees, work orders, contracts and inventory for just‑in‑time planning. The solution automated KPI tracking and contract alerts, improved preventive/corrective maintenance from 40/60 to 70/30, reduced administrative and response time, increased visibility on equipment life and maintenance costs, and generated time‑and‑cost savings while enabling ROI assessment by mid‑2021.
