Dimo Maint MX, Dovechem digitize their preventive and corrective maintenance

Dovechem, a Singapore site providing terminal operations and maintenance for Singapore Lube Park, was tracking preventive and corrective maintenance in Excel and struggled with size, flexibility and manual data entry. To modernize maintenance, contract and stock management, Dovechem selected DIMO Maint MX as a user-friendly CMMS to replace spreadsheets and centralize work orders, tickets and asset data.

DIMO Maint delivered a phased 3–6 month rollout (corrective module December 2019; preventive March–June 2020) with ticketing, asset-linked work orders and PO integration. As a result Dovechem gained end-to-end visibility—centralized contract start/expiry dates, breakdown and cost monitoring, monthly stocktakes—and has processed about 1,348 work orders (with roughly 206 POs to date and ~100 ongoing). While ROI is still being evaluated (expected over 3–5 years), DIMO Maint enabled clear planning, digitalized purchasing and measurable operational improvements, with plans to expand the solution to Myanmar.
