DIMO Maint FM takes over management of 40 Bond Moyson sites

Bond Moyson, a Belgian social security and health insurance provider with a network of 40 regional offices, needed a more affordable and suitable facilities management system than its existing Planon CAFM solution. The organization wanted a cloud-based CMMS/FM tool that could better support workflows, scheduling, multilingual needs, and easier maintenance management across its sites.

Bond Moyson selected DIMO Maint’s DimoMaint FM to manage sites, assets, contractors, planned maintenance, and job scheduling. The rollout included importing data from Excel, training internal users, and adopting mobile apps for work orders and reporting; within less than three months, Bond Moyson fully migrated from Planon. The new setup improved communication, enabled drag-and-drop scheduling, and delivered a cost reduction of around 90% versus Planon, while supporting 40+ sites, 400+ assets, 62 contractors, and 10 planned maintenance schedules.
