DIMO Maint CMMS meets Waga Energy’s challenges

Waga Energy, a renewable energy and biomethane producer, was growing rapidly across France and internationally, operating 13 biomethane production units and managing hundreds of assets per site. As its maintenance needs became more complex, the company moved beyond Excel to find a CMMS that could better structure information, support remote and on-site teams, and improve visibility over maintenance work. DIMO Maint’s DimoMaint MX was selected to help address these challenges.

DIMO Maint implemented DimoMaint MX with site-by-site data partitioning, multilingual support, and detailed monitoring of maintenance, parts usage, and costs. The solution was first tuned for one unit and then duplicated across other sites, supporting Waga Energy’s scale-up from 7 units in 2020 to 13 in 2022. The CMMS helped achieve 95% asset availability, improved planning and traceability, reduced emergency interventions and downtime, and gave teams a single, reliable repository of information.
