CMMS ventures into alfalfa fields, with DIMO Maint MX

LUZEAL is an agricultural cooperative in north-eastern France specializing in harvesting and processing alfalfa (5 sites, €59.2M turnover, 210 employees, 60 in maintenance, 400,000 t annually). Facing fragmented, paper- and spreadsheet-based maintenance records and stricter traceability requirements for ISO 50001 and FCA certification, LUZEAL chose the cloud CMMS DIMO Maint MX from vendor DIMO Maint to standardize multi-site preventive maintenance and improve auditability.

DIMO Maint, via a certified integrator, deployed the 100% cloud DIMO Maint MX in four staged rollouts and trained about 20 supervisors, moving the cooperative from ad hoc logs to structured work orders, requests and preventive ranges. The solution standardized maintenance across 5 sites, simplified day-to-day tasks (notably at Pontfaverger), strengthened traceability for ISO 50001 audits, and prepared LUZEAL to expand into stock and purchasing—demonstrating clear operational and compliance gains from DIMO Maint.
