Alsys, a group specializing in industrial filtration, catalysis and specialty materials, needed a more effective way to manage maintenance across its production sites. The company wanted to move beyond a basic preventive maintenance/reporting tool and gain a single CMMS to track incidents, improve equipment reliability, control costs, and give all departments access to the same maintenance information. DIMO Maint provided the DimoMaint MX CMMS integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
DIMO Maint implemented a connected CMMS that links spare parts consumption and maintenance data with Dynamics 365 Business Central, giving Alsys better stock management, item coding, and cost visibility by equipment and business unit. After one year, Alsys had processed more than 900 requests and 3,000 work orders, with maintenance activity representing about 70% of attendance hours. The company also reported fewer recurring breakdowns, better preventive maintenance rates, and positive feedback from auditors on the clarity and usability of the system.
