Belgian company FACQ uses the DIMO Maint CMMS to effectively manage work requests and preventive maintenance operations

FACQ, a Brussels‑based family company with 37 retail locations, 14 showrooms and over 700 employees, was struggling with scattered Excel files and slow, manual handling of maintenance requests across its Sanicenters. To centralise information and give store teams quick access to manuals, blueprints and work requests, FACQ selected the DIMO Maint MX CMMS from DIMO Maint.

DIMO Maint implemented the DIMO Maint MX solution for work requests and preventive maintenance, creating a single building framework, inventorying about 50 equipment types and training ~50 users so stores enter and track all maintenance activity in the system. As a result, FACQ now handles 2–3 requests per day through the platform, can immediately compare contractor invoices with maintenance sheets, has eliminated fragmented Excel tracking, and reports clear time savings and improved maintenance efficiency thanks to DIMO Maint.
