Alsys improves the performance of its maintenance service thanks to DIMO Maint MX CMMS solutions connected to Microsoft Dynamics Nav

Alsys, a specialist in filtration, catalysis and specialty materials (CTI/Orelis: €13M revenue, 90 staff), needed a single, user‑friendly maintenance system to replace a fragmented CMMS and better track incidents across workshops. After evaluation, Alsys chose the DIMO Maint MX CMMS, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, to give all employees access and improve maintenance reliability and control.

DIMO Maint implemented the MX CMMS with a NAV connector for spare parts and costs, trained staff, and centralized requests and work orders; after one year Alsys logged more than 900 external requests, processed 3,000 work orders and captured 70% of maintenance hours in the system. The DIMO Maint solution improved spare‑part management and cost visibility by business unit, reduced recurring breakdowns, shifted activity toward preventive maintenance, and earned positive auditor feedback—delivering clear operational and financial gains.
