Adient Seating, the global leader in automotive seating, needed a common maintenance management strategy across its manufacturing plants. With sites in multiple countries and no standard system in place, the company was looking for a solution that could be deployed quickly, support preventive maintenance, and fit its Industry 4.0 ambitions.

DIMO Maint implemented its DimoMaint CMMS across seven plants, starting with a pilot in England and then rolling out via a structured deployment approach. The project standardized maintenance data and processes, enabled preventive maintenance compliance, improved reporting and cost comparison across plants, and laid the foundation for predictive maintenance and IoT integration to reduce downtime and repair time.
