Hope Family Wines, a family-owned winery, faced a challenge managing and analyzing its sales data across several disparate databases during a period of rapid growth. To gain a clearer view of its operations, the company turned to the vendor Dimensional Insight and implemented its Diver Platform, along with InterReport, DiveTab, and Sales Advisor.
The solution provided by Dimensional Insight consolidated data from five databases down to two, which were then funneled through the hosted Diver Platform. This gave the sales team, especially those using tablets on the road, anytime access to key metrics, presentations, and performance data. The implementation led to improved efficiency for the sales staff and helped the company identify new market opportunities, ultimately resulting in new revenue streams for Hope Family Wines.
