Starco Norge AS, a Norwegian wholesaler of tires and rims, faced a challenge where their geographically dispersed salesforce struggled to access updated and relevant information for customer meetings. They turned to vendor Dimensional Insight for a solution using its DiveTab product.
Dimensional Insight implemented DiveTab, a mobile business intelligence platform, which provided a common interface for reports, documents, and order placement. This gave the salesforce real-time access to data and freed them from cumbersome systems. The result was a significant increase in productivity, as sellers could spend less time on administrative tasks and more time on sales and customer follow-up, enabling them to be more proactive and data-driven.
