This solution provided clinicians and administrators with a timely, comprehensive view of ED performance, allowing them to quickly identify and address bottlenecks in the patient workflow. The results were impressive, with wait times decreasing by up to 80% in some areas. Most notably, the number of patients leaving without being seen was reduced by 83%, translating to an additional $2 million in annual ED revenue for Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital.
