The exhibit's disconnected systems and fixed scenarios were difficult for staff to manage and update. The Library engaged Dimensional Innovations to upgrade the technology into a flexible, educator-ready platform that was simple to run and could be expanded for various audiences.

Dimensional Innovations designed and integrated a custom authoring and control system, creating a hyper-realistic simulation that supports up to 60 players with role-specific dashboards. The solution streamlined operations for staff, enabled hybrid and remote participation, and replaced the rigid setup with an intuitive and resilient platform.
