The customer, Snipes, a prominent European and US streetwear retailer with over 400 stores, faced the challenge of easily controlling a growing array of digital screens, including video walls and LED displays, across its locations. They needed a solution to provide individualized content for each screen that could be managed by local store staff without hassle. The vendor, dimedis, addressed this with its kompas software.

dimedis implemented its kompas system, featuring the central booking element 'smart.select'. This solution allows Snipes to create central content channels that can be individually selected per store and per screen directly via a smartphone. As a result, Snipes now plays individual messages at over 2,000 viewing points across ten countries. The implementation was praised by local technical teams for its ease of installation, requiring no prior knowledge.
