Efficiently managing 100s of machines with Dime.Scheduler

Group Renotec, a highly-specialized Belgian construction company, needed an efficient way to manage its large fleet of 520 machines across numerous construction sites. Their challenge was to track machine location, usage, and maintenance schedules to ensure business continuity and properly allocate costs to specific projects. They turned to vendor Dime Software and its product, Dime.Scheduler, for a solution that would integrate with their existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV system.

Dime Software implemented Dime.Scheduler, which provided an intuitive, user-friendly planning and asset management tool. The solution gave project managers instant visibility into machine availability and location, enabled easy booking and approval of resources, and automated the allocation of machine usage and costs to the correct projects within Dynamics NAV. As a result, Group Renotec gained significant efficiency, saved time, and now has about 80 employees using the tool with no training required. Dime Software's solution was so successful that the company is considering using it to schedule its specialist employees in the future.
