Swann Global, an international executive search firm focused on the Natural Resources and Industrial sectors, needed a new, integrated database as part of a complete IT restructure. The firm required a Cloud-hosted solution that would support users worldwide on PCs, Macs and mobile devices and replace an inadequate legacy system. Swann Global selected Dillistone Systems’ FileFinder (FileFinder Anywhere) to meet these requirements.

Dillistone Systems implemented FileFinder in July 2011 as Swann Global’s global CRM and database, hosting the system in the Cloud with access via direct connection or Citrix. Dillistone Systems also provided highly responsive support. The result is a company-wide, easy-to-use system accessed by users worldwide that has improved speed, usability and business management capabilities — enabling better staff development and giving Swann Global confidence in the investment.
