Its 12‑member board meets six times a year, but preparing meeting materials was time‑consuming: staff manually assembled up to 40 heavy binders, struggled with last‑minute changes, and spent roughly two full days plus overtime on production and couriering.
Prompted by the CEO, CTC chose Diligent Boards after rejecting DIY options for security reasons; Diligent’s book‑like, iPad‑friendly portal proved simple and secure. The portal eliminated extra printing and courier costs, slashed production time, required minimal training, and is now used across the executive team to store documents — giving board members instant access to materials and removing the logistical burdens of the old process.
