Fountain-Fort Carson School District migrates to Diligent Community in January 2024

The Fountain-Fort Carson School District, which oversees 14 schools and approximately 9,000 students, sought to replace its outdated BoardDocs software. The district needed a more modern, mobile-friendly solution from Diligent to improve agenda preparation, communication, and board engagement.

Diligent implemented its Community platform, which features tools like Policy Publisher and Request to Speak. The solution provided centralized document management and redlining capabilities, leading to more efficient policy updates and approvals and significantly increasing public participation in board meetings. The Fountain-Fort Carson School District successfully migrated to Diligent Community in January 2024.
