Diligent Streamlines Tyler Technologies’ D&O Process
Tyler Technologies, the largest North American software company focused on the public sector, supports more than 14,000 local government offices. To meet strict corporate governance requirements, the company needed a more efficient, secure and faster way to produce Directors & Officers (D&O) questionnaires; after evaluating options, Tyler extended its existing Diligent Boards relationship by adopting the integrated Diligent D&O module.
The D&O module was configured and loaded by an experienced executive assistant with support from Diligent’s customer success team. The solution enabled prefilled questionnaires, online edits, electronic signatures and a submission manager to track progress. As a result Tyler eliminated printing and mailing, sped up completion and approvals, improved access and recordkeeping, reduced costs and received positive feedback from board members.
