Centralizing sustainability reporting for a multi-national law firm

DWF, a multinational UK law firm with 18 offices, needed a better way to manage increasingly complex sustainability reporting across Scope 1, 2 and 3 data that was scattered across multiple systems and spreadsheets. The firm turned to Diligent ESG to replace time-consuming manual tracking and improve consistency, transparency, and reporting across all locations.

Diligent implemented a cloud-based, configurable ESG management system that centralized data collection, cleaned data during entry, and provided auditable dashboards and reports. As a result, DWF reduced CO2 emissions per employee from 2.6 tons to 2 tons, cut paper use by 15%, increased teleconferencing by over 150%, and now recycles 80% of its waste.
