MN is a pension administration and investment management firm with 60 years’ experience, about 1,000 employees in the Netherlands and the U.K., €90 billion in assets and pensions for 2 million people. When MN moved to a new, sustainability-focused headquarters it aimed to make board-level processes paperless: producing and couriering hundreds-page board packs was time-consuming, costly, insecure and a burden on secretariat staff and executives.

After evaluating vendors, MN selected Diligent Boards for its strong security and intuitive features (sticky notes, highlighting and report-mirroring workflows).
