Eddy Street Executive Suites (ESES), a commercial property management company in South Bend, Indiana, needed a more robust, flexible phone system to match its new office space and varied tenant needs. After finding their initial hosted PBX (3CX) inadequate, ESES required a premise-based solution that could handle multiple disparate tenants, advanced call routing, conferencing and mobile/virtual office features without burdening them with heavy onsite IT support.

Working with New Age Telecom, ESES replaced the hosted service with Digium Switchvox SMB 305 and Digium IP phones. The Switchvox deployment delivered unified communications, powerful auto-attendant and call-routing rules, remote-managed administration (reducing IT costs), and a premium live-receptionist service that generated new revenue.
