Cape Grim Beef is a sixth‑generation, family‑owned Australian exporter of premium beef with processing facilities in Smithton, Tasmania and Tongala, Victoria. The business struggled with outdated telephony and spotty mobile coverage at remote sites, which caused slow decision‑making, delayed responses to suppliers and customers, and hindered coordination across locations.
