Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT), one of Britain’s leading wetland conservation charities, needed a ticketing solution that could handle bookings across ten UK sites while keeping each centre clearly branded and easy for customers to use. Working with DigiTickets, they aimed to create a seamless multi-site customer journey, manage membership and special event bookings, and support corporate reservations from a central system.

DigiTickets implemented its online ticketing platform with a branches module, custom theming for each location, custom checkout fields for membership details, and hidden categories for corporate bookings. This gave WWT flexible control over public and private sales, simplified administration with a single back office, and improved reporting across sites. The partnership has continued for a decade, with WWT using DigiTickets for all their sites and achieving measurable impact including 1m+ tickets sold, 142+ events, and 10 centres.
