St Michael’s Mount, one of the UK’s most well-known and logistically challenging attractions, needed a ticketing and retail solution that could handle tidal access by causeway or boat while keeping the customer journey clear and easy to follow. DigiTickets worked with the team to scope and build a system that could support their complex admission requirements and online shop, using its ticketing back office and related features.

DigiTickets implemented public and National Trust admission categories, multiple events for the Castle, Gardens, and combination visits, Trading Planner highlights, purchase suggestions, automatic emails, time-based ticketing, delivery methods, and retail functionality. As a result, St Michael’s Mount can now manage tickets, dates, times, prices, and deliveries more efficiently, while staff use ProPoint to scan and redeem visitors on site for a smoother queue-busting experience.
