Knowsley Safari, a major North West attraction with 700+ animals across 550 acres, needed a ticketing setup that matched its branding and could support both online sales and on-site admissions. DigiTickets helped them move ticket sales online and provided a branded ticketing platform alongside its ProPoint point-of-sale system for their paylanes and entrance kiosks.
DigiTickets implemented timed ticketing for general admission, products for adoptions, and gift voucher tools for tickets and experiences, plus Chip and Pin integration across 23 tills and 14 payment terminals. The result was a smoother customer experience, easier ticket redemption, and improved sales operations, with Knowsley also expanding into online events and a gift shop during lockdown.
