Beamish Museum, a world-class open-air museum, needed a flexible online ticketing solution that could handle timed admissions, walk-up sales, event ticketing, and a large volume of memberships and group bookings. DigiTickets was brought in to provide an in-depth onboarding plan and a dedicated team to support the transition to a new ticketing system.
DigiTickets implemented timed ticketing for general admission, event ticketing for high-demand occasions such as Christmas, and a comprehensive BackOffice for managing private bookings and groups. They also migrated thousands of memberships, added direct debit plans, and later helped Beamish launch an online shop, delivering smooth go-live support and ongoing partnership over 4 years, with 80 events launched and 400,000+ members managed.
