Taylor County RECC worked with Digitech Systems, through reseller VeBridge, to solve its growing paper-file challenge. With more than 75 years of member records stored in filing cabinets and microfiche, staff struggled to find information quickly, ran out of office space, and spent too much time answering basic member questions.

Digitech Systems implemented PaperFlow and ImageSilo to scan, index, and securely store member files in the cloud, integrating with Taylor County RECC’s ERP system. The result was a dramatic improvement in access and security: file retrieval dropped from 30 minutes to 30 seconds, data is protected from disaster, storage needs were reduced, and administrative time can now be redirected to other priorities.
