Leading Global Car Rental Company, a market leader in budget and mainstream rentals with 2,900+ offices across 112 countries, needed to move from manual, reactive IT operations to a more autonomous and predictive model. The company was struggling with missed critical alerts from a third-party monitoring tool, frequent disruptions to customer-facing applications, and noisy, non-business-aware monitoring that overwhelmed its command center. Digitate’s ignio™ AIOps platform was used to improve resiliency and help protect critical digital services.

Digitate implemented ignio to proactively monitor the third-party tool, perform root cause analysis, auto-triage issues, and self-heal server-side problems, while also managing key customer applications, alert noise, and SOX compliance reporting. The results included 99.99% availability for in-scope critical applications, a 68.6% reduction in noise, 94% improvement in MTTD and MTTR, and about 50–60% of incidents solved autonomously.
