The solution reduced MTTR from 3 hours to 2 minutes for loyalty incidents and improved promotional pricing MTTR from 3 days to 7 hours, while handling 12,000 incidents per year and performing 300K health checks per month with a 75% improvement in MTTD and MTTR.
