Leading Global Hi-Tech Company, a semiconductor innovation leader and the world’s largest manufacturer of lithographic machines, faced operational delays and business risk from manual IT processes. With critical Oracle database provisioning taking up to five days and a home-grown application supporting field engineers vulnerable to outages, the company needed a faster, more resilient way to support global operations. Digitate’s ignio AIOps and AI.ERPOps solutions were used to address these challenges.

Digitate implemented automation that converted database provisioning to a DBCA-driven command-line process, cutting provisioning time from weeks to 30 minutes and enabling same-day Oracle DB delivery. For the critical application, ignio performed proactive health checks and self-healed missing directories and server issues, reducing P2 incidents and improving availability. Digitate also automated SAP ChaRM service requests through ignio AI.ERPOps, reducing change request handling from two days to two hours and delivering up to 96% improvement in MTTR, with 99% reduction in MTTR for database provisioning workflows.
